Save the Children Italy and partners are organising a summer school on access to justice for children that will be held at Casale la Sterpaia (Tenuta di San Rossore) on the 11-13 September 2014.

The school provides an opportunity for experts (lawyers and magistrates), social workers, students and academics to discuss in depth themes like the implementation of the child-friendly justice Guidelines, the implementation of the third Optional Protocol to the CRC, and how to guarantee the hearing of children in judicial and administrative proceedings. Moreover a specific focus will be dedicated to the use of legal clinics as innovative instruments for teaching children’s rights.

The agenda, the invitation and the form for the expression of interest could be found here.
