A course on ‘credibility assessment in asylum claims’, organised by the European Legal Network on Asylum (ELENA), Hungarian Helsinki Committee and ECRE, will take place in Madrid on 5-7 May 2014. The course is aimed at NGO legal practitioners, lawyers, decision makers and staff of national asylum authorities, researchers and those working in international and non-governmental organisations which specialise in asylum law.
People wishing to register, must complete the registration form and email it to tudor.rosu@helsinki.hu. The venue of the course will be the Rafael Hotel Atocha, situated in the centre of Madrid.

The course, which will be in English, will include plenary sessions facilitated by prominent experts and academics. The final programme and list of speakers will be available in April 2014.

The event is partially funded by the European Commission as part of the “Building Credibility” (CREDO 2) project, with the support of the UNHCR Bureau for Europe.
